Listing your activities on the LivelyHour mobile app is completely Free. LivelyHour will take a small percentage of the sales depending on what was negotiated in your contract. The percentage of the sale that LivelyHour takes does not apply for cancelled bookings, you only pay for the successful bookings.
A user is only permitted to cancel within the cancellation grace period, that you have set as the activity provider.
If you inadvertently miss your booking, please note that we are unable to refund the amount. This absence prevents the activity provider from filling the time slot with another customer.
At Lively Hour, our support is available exclusively through chat and email. You can easily access help directly from our app by tapping on the support button located beside each booking in the My Bookings page.
