Listing your activities on the LivelyHour mobile app is completely Free. LivelyHour will take a small percentage of the sales depending on what was negotiated in your contract. The percentage of the sale that LivelyHour takes does not apply for cancelled bookings, you only pay for the successful bookings.
A user is only permitted to cancel within the cancellation grace period, that you have set as the activity provider.
LivelyHour automatically displays the pricing from your booking system, ensuring real-time accuracy. Featured listings are rotated by our system to showcase a diverse range of activities to our users.

As LivelyHour is a new platform, we're currently offering a completely free service to activity providers. This allows you to experience the benefits of increased bookings and exposure without any initial financial commitment.
Looking ahead, our business model will transition to a commission-based structure. Specifically, you can expect a 6% fee on each successful sale generated through LivelyHour. A 'successful sale' is defined as a booking that is not canceled by the user within the allowed cancellation window.
Cancellation Policy:
Users can cancel their bookings within the minimum notice period you set (e.g., 24 hours). In such cases, they receive a full refund, and you, as the activity provider, incur no commission or payment processor fees. LivelyHour absorbs these costs.
Cancellations made after the designated notice period will not result in a refund for the user, and the 6% commission will apply to the business.
Payment Terms:
LivelyHour will handle all payment processing and payouts will occur on a bi-weekly basis.
Contractual Agreement and Renewal:
A formal partnership agreement will outline these terms in detail, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding. This agreement will cover aspects such as payment schedules, cancellation policies, and data usage.
The 6% fee will only be billed upon contract renewal, which will require your explicit consent. We believe in transparent partnerships and want to ensure you are fully informed and agree to the terms before any fees are applied.
We will provide ample notification before any contract renewal, and there will be no automatic renewals.
